Reps were not pushy at all, very knowledgeable and willing to take the extra time to know what I was looking for, etc. Installation was incredible and customer support has been great. No issues and so happy with doing business with this company. Buy with them! I did and I could not be happier.

Fantastic experience with both Josh and Mike. I went in to buy a stationary bike. Excellent inventory at all price points. Very knowledgeable staff, they were most interested in meeting my needs and not "up selling" to more expensive equipment. My sister purchased a treadmill and had an equally great experience.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. We had been looking for a commercial treadmill for our home gym and he was able to walk me through all the options so that we could buy the treadmill that meets all our needs. About 1.5-2.0 years after my equipment was installed I had some problems with treadmills that i bought from Fitness Equipment Maine. Mike at FEM was extremely helpful in dealing with the manufacturer and getting the equipment problems repaired in a timely way, and getting that all done under warranty which the manufacturer initially declined.

Great experience shopping and finding the perfect elliptical for me at Fitness Equipment of Maine! I knew that an elliptical was the right machine, then it was a search for the best one at a fair price, I did my research online and then sampled machines at various stores. With Mike Connolly's help, I found the most solid piece of equipment with the features that would ensure my regular use, a Matrix XER. In fact, the elliptical was so good that the others I tried paled by comparison. Very happy with Guy Fuller's delivery and installation. Guy noticed a wobble in a handle and ordered me a new handle and will install the replacement. That is impressive service and a commitment to quality.
